Half an hour of absolute joy! We wanted to let you know about a BBC programme that all lovers of laughing and fishing should watch, ' Mortimer & Whitehouse: Gone Fishing '. After these two comedy giants both suffered heart attacks Paul decided to help his good friend Bob take a gentle step back into living by going fishing. Paul the expert tries to share his wealth of knowledge with a easily distracted Bob, leading to great catches & even greater laughs. As well as taking us on a journey around some stunning fishing spots, the twosome also take us through how it feels to have such a traumatic event happen to you. Don't worry though as even when Bob tries to cook up heart healthy dishes for the pair, things never have a chance to get to serious.  So if you love good fishing with good friends as much as we do, then this is the programme for you. We're hosting the Olympic Trap Grand Prix again this year on the 6th & 7th of July at the stunning Glenmoriston Shooting Club. We love this Club with it's stunning surroundings and the Loch Ness just down the road, there is so much to enjoy.  A welcome pack will be issued to each competitor and there are lots of exciting prizes to be win, as well as the beautiful keepsake trophy. Brixham Trawler Race 2018 It's that time of year again, for Brixham's Trawler Race. The Trawler race has been part of Brixham for decades.  Each year for one day in June all the trawler fishermen take the day off to race around the port, raise money for charity and party. The fleet have raised tens of thousands of pounds over the years which have gone to help local charities and it's our absolute privilege to be part of the event.
